Are you tired of living paycheck to paycheck and not not having the money to pay your bills at the end of the month? Our Blank Paycheck Bill Tracker PDF can help. It won’t increase your income, but it allows you to create a spending plan to maximize your income and get yourself out of debt. The great thing about our system and worksheet is that you only plan your spending with the income that will soon be in your bank account. We are not focusing on an entire month. That can sometimes get overwhelming. Instead, our focus is on the bills that you can pay with a single payroll check.

I have a dislike for the term “budget”. It’s associated with negative connotations. Instead, I have replaced that word with “Target.” In reality, that number is the target that I am trying to hit or surpass.

Our worksheet comprises five sections.

Income Sources

List all the income for your pay schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). The target amount should be your base pay, or the lowest amount you expect.

Monthly Bills

The monthly bills section isn’t for a month’s worth of bill. Instead, it’s for the bills to be paid with the current income amount from above. Items like your car payment, insurance payment if you pay monthly, water, electric, credit card payments, etc.

The leftover line should subtract the total bills from the total income.

Saving Accounts

The savings account section is second in our Financial Planner workbook. We could never get behind the “pay yourself first” mentality. When you have bills running out of your ears, paying yourself first is not feasible. We chose to make it second, therefore that money comes out before the expenses. This helped us cut back on our variable spending. We quit walking into the grocery store and just tossing things in the cart. Now it’s all about a shopping list. This sheet has helped us become more intentional with our money to achieve the life we are after.

Weekly Expenses

We titled this section Weekly Expenses because we receive income every week. Change it to whatever your pay period is, since this sheet is all about using a single paycheck to maximize your payment plan. This section helps us pinpoint where we need to focus our efforts in the future to stay within our spending plan. With any kind of luck (or because of planning), you have money listed in this row. This is the amount of money you have to work with for paying off your debt. From this point forward, I concentrate on the Actual Amounts column. As time goes on, this number will grow. Your spending plan will remain unchanged, but your actual amounts should decrease bit by bit, giving you more to work with at the end.

The “left from expenses” amount gets sent to debt reduction or a savings account.

After utilizing our Blank Paycheck Bill Tracker PDF, you may experience some side effects. For example, experiencing less stress regarding your financial situation. You have a spending plan to show you where your money needs to go. You may experience happiness when you witness your Christmas fund being fully funded in July. Your daughter will get the Christmas she deserves. By sticking with it, the desire to jump up and down now emerges, with just one payment left to completely pay off your vehicle early.

Having a plan allows you to achieve your goals. Without a plan, your goals are only dreams.
